We are planning to introduce a new chocolate mousse dessert sometime this week. We were supposed to actually have it last week, but for one reason or another weren't able to do it.
One more thing, we want to introduce a new savory dish and have been experimenting with several ideas. We have decided to let our customers take part in this decision. Looking for ideas of what to throw in the fryolator. The person who suggests the winning dish will have it named after them. Let's get some ideas flowing peeps ;)
Best,

How about the Surf & Turf Schnitz? You can either put a smaller piece of seafood schnitzel & meat schnitzel together on a plate or burger, or you can somehow roll them up together, fry, and serve like a hotdog with a condiment on top.
ReplyDeleteIn order to help you I need to see your ingredients in order to make a sound judgement.
ReplyDeleteIn the spirit of Oktoberfest... how about a weisswurst wrapped in bacon, beer-battered and deep-fried, served with whole grain mustard, black bread, and caraway-seasoned stewed red cabbage.
ReplyDeleteHow about a real German pretzel - dark brown and dipped in lye?

ReplyDeleteTurkey Schnitzel with mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce all rolled together and deep fried. For dessert, pumpkin pie mousse.
